Steem offers both free and premium subscription tiers:
Subscription payments are processed through Apple's App Store and subject to Apple's terms and conditions. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
You may cancel your subscription through your Apple ID account settings. Refunds are subject to Apple's refund policy.
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and protection of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.
The Service, including its software, design, content, and trademarks, is owned by Steem and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not:

Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Steem shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Steem, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections 5, 8, 9, 10, and 12 shall survive termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association's rules. You waive any right to a jury trial or class action lawsuit.
Steem reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified through the App or via email. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Steem regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements.
